EOTech, Ann Arbor

EOTech designs, manufactures, and markets electro-optics products and systems. Headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, EOTech employs advanced laser and holographic technology to enhance optical systems in target acquisition systems and recreational sport optics applications. EOTech, Inc. had its roots in the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan (ERIM), a world-renowned non-profit R&D institute. Among the many inventions by ERIM researchers some were in the field of synthetic aperture radar, laser holography, and aircraft heads up displays. EOTech, Inc. develops and manufactures products that leverage its advance electro-optics technologies. The advanced holographic weapons sight produced by EOTech has revolutionized electronic sighting technology and is being adopted rapidly by the elite units in the military and law enforcement agencies around the world as their preferred and standard close quarter battle (CQB) optics for small arms.
