We begin with appreciation for and cooperation with the natural menstrual cycle and the special qualities of a woman’s body. This depth of understanding often results in less intervention. Natural Family Planning is offered as a safe, effective, and marriage enhancing way for couples to responsibly plan the number and spacing of children.
