We then cure the dough in a controlled proofing environment until it is ready to cook golden brown in our special ovens. Our sauce recipe is handed down from generations and held dear to our hearts. We use a high quality 5-blend 100% cheese and we give you double cheese free. We use only the finest ingredients and freshest vegetables available.
