I believe in a balanced and conservative approach towards the use of psychiatric medications. I do a full evaluation before making any recommendations. If I feel you do not need medications, I will simply inform you so. However, if medications would clearly be beneficial to you, I will not hesitate to make appropriate recommendations. I use the least number of medications possible, and I avoid the extended use of any that could create problems for your health. I expect all clients to have a therapist available to them, and I can help you find a compatible one.
